Chronic pain is devastating. It can impact your life in many ways. You may not be able to do the things you love or you have to plan your day around the pain.

At Revelation Health, we are here for you. We want to make sure your chronic pain is treated and that you begin feeling better. Even if you've seen a chiropractor in the past, we're positive that this will be a new and better experience for you.

How Can a Chiropractor Help with Chronic Pain?

Your first step is to schedule an initial appointment in our office. Prior to your appointment with us, you'll fill out patient paperwork and give us your health history. Based on that health history, you'll go through a consultation with Dr. Bartlett to talk about your chronic pain and where it may stem from.

The examination is next and where Dr. Bartlett will complete a neurological, chiropractic functional and orthopedic exam. Our office uses technology such as Heart Rate Variability, Surface EMG, and Thermography to help find the source of your chronic pain so that we can treat the cause, not just the symptoms.

X-ray studies are also a common part of evaluating chronic pain. If X-rays are necessary, we have on-site, state-of-the-art digital X-ray. Once we study and analyze your X-rays we can report our findings to you and talk to you about if and how we can help, how long it will take, and of course how much it will cost.

A Wellness Program Will Help with Your Chronic Pain

In addition to treatment, our doctor will prescribe a home care wellness program that you will work on outside of treatment sessions. This may include nutritional counseling, physiotherapy instructions, positions or activities that you should avoid, and any exercises or stretches that you can do at home to further aid your healing.
